- Q.Can I use a credit card?
- A. Online, you can use a credit card payment through PayPal. PayPal is an online payment service used worldwide. Anyone can safely and easily make a payment with a credit card with a simple procedure. Please bear the PayPal payment fee from the total purchase amount. In the store, regular credit card payments are available. Installment payments and revolving payments are also available, but you need a corresponding card.
- Q.Can you tell me the prices of items sold in the past?
- A. We regret to inform you that we cannot provide that information, as it might inconvenience our customers who have made purchases at our store, or the current owners of the items.
- Q.Can you take trade-ins?
- A. Yes, we do offer trade-ins. We will take a look at the item you have and provide you with a trade-in value. If you agree with the price, the trade-in will be finalized.
- Q.Are there any flaws that are not visible in the pictures?
- A. If you have any questions or uncertainties, please feel free to contact us. For your peace of mind, we offer a return policy within 3 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return, please send the item back to our store with postage due. After confirming the condition of the returned item, we will refund the full amount. There are certain conditions for returns, so please refer to our purchasing method for more details. We would like to assure you that the product images displayed on our website are unedited and do not conceal any flaws or imperfections.
- Q.Can I purchase items that are under negotiation or already reserved?
- A. In our store, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. To accommodate various customer needs, such as those from distant locations or those trading in items, we can hold items for negotiation for up to 7 days as a guideline. If a customer in negotiation or with a reservation decides not to purchase, we will notify of that situation or continue to list the item as ‘under negotiation’ or ‘reserved’. If there’s an item you’re interested in, please feel free to inquire. Please note that each antique item is unique, so we appreciate your understanding if an item is sold.
